For same day delivery the client needs to order before 1 pm (local time) and when ordering please it important to leave the recipient’s phone number and sender’s name.

Some hospitals do not accept flowers to prevent any infections from the outside. Delivering flowers to a hotel is available but the reservations must be confirmed or else the flowers will be kept on hold in the reception.

For funeral orders, some of the funeral houses can’t give us permission to enter therefore if no permission will be granted we will contact you. Generally, funeral flowers are white but this can vary in different regions so we recommend to leave it to our florist as they know the culture and they are locals in Japan. For orders to a funeral hall, a standing arrangement with a name tag is appropriate. The sender’s name and a message will be written on the name tag. For Orders to a residence, a basket arrangement is appropriate. A message card and a name tag are both ok, but the sender’s name is needed. For delivery, the florists need the name of the deceased, time of the funeral, the name of the funeral home and a contact number.
